Our 18th Annual Conference and Exposition will be in Las Vegas, Nevada on June 9-June 14, 2013. Our classrooms will once again fill with attendees from all over the world. Piercers, Studio Owners, Vendors, and Health Inspectors will all come together for a week of education and peer-to-peer sharing. Learn the core requirements as a new piercer just starting to work in the industry – or update your skills and information as an experienced practitioner. You need not be an APP member to attend the Conference!*

How can I register? How can I pay?

Registration can be done on-line or by mail; or on-site in Las Vegas the week of the event.

Conference Registration should start in January.

Mail in or Fax (with a credit card) registration is possible using the registration form. However we encourage all attendees to take advantage of the online registration system when possible. Checks should be made payable to the Association of Professional Piercers or APP.

We accept MasterCard and Visa only.

What are the actual costs?

$400.00 — Early Full Conference:  includes unlimited classes/four day expo pass

$450.00 — Onsite Full Conference*: includes unlimited classes/four day expo pass

$40.00 — Banquet Dinner:  (not included in Full Conference fee)

Exposition Passes: (included in Full Conference fee)

  • $20.00/single day
  • $30.00/two day
  • $35.00/three day
  • $40.00/four day

Individual Class Prices will be posted once the courses are final, they typically range from $35.00 to $65.00 per class depending on the course (You do not pay these fees if purchasing the full conference pass).

Discounts:

  • APP members with paid dues for 2013 will receive a $50.00 discount on full conference prices.
  • International Attendees will receive a $50.00 discount on Full Conference Registration.
  • Scholarships are available on a limited basis, see detailed information below.

Cancellation/Refunds

Prior to May 24, 2013 the APP will refund 50% of Attendee Registration fees if the Attendee cancels.  May 24 or later the attendee will receive no refund.  Please plan accordingly.
