GENERAL SCHEDULE

Onsite registration/check in: Sunday Evening

All attendees must register and check in before attending classes.

Registration/badge pick up is open throughout the week of Conference.

If you are arriving Sun-Tues — please allow plenty of time to check in and pick up your badge. We suggest arriving at least 1 hour in advance of your first class if pre-registered and earlier if you still need to register.

Expo, Classes & Roundtables

Monday: Classes/Roundtables – Vendor Move-In Afternoon
Tuesday: Classes/Roundtables; Vendor Move-In Morning; Expo Opens to Attendees Afternoon
Wednesday: Classes/Roundtables/Expo open
Thursday: Classes/Roundtables/Expo open
Friday: Some Classes/Roundtables; Expo open Morning

Opening Party

Monday: 8pm-midnight

Banquet Dinner

Thursday: 8pm-midnight

Subject to changes until Registration is open.

Online Registration for the Conference will close on Friday night May 17th at midnight, central standard time.

After May 17th – you can still register for Conference but you must wait until you are onsite in Las Vegas. Registration opens Sunday June 9th at 6pm-9pm; and continues throughout the week.

The APP office will stop processing any credit card, cash, or check transactions at noon on May 29th until June 18th. Only those orders paid via paypal will be processed. Orders may be delayed during this time period.

The APP office will close from June 6th (at noon)-June 18; reopening on June 18th due to the Annual Conference in Las Vegas. They will also be closed June 19th and June 20th.
