Logo and APP Name Usage Guidelines
NEW! The old logos
have been retired. You MUST update your site to reflect the new
logo for your current membership status. Failure to do so will result
in a warning, and may ultimately result in you being posted on the
imposter page should you fail to comply.
Product endorsement:
Many products fall within the various guidelines suggested by the APP. However, the organization does not "endorse" or "recommend" specific products. Any company making such claims and any product bearing "APP" on the labeling is doing so erroneously and without APP sanction.
Non-Member logo usage:
If you are not a member of the APP, the APP has made the decision that you can no longer use the APP logo in any form. If you want to link to our site, please do so without using the logo or any APP official banner.
Business and Associate Member logo usage:
For Business and Associate Members it is important to clarify in print advertisement that the membership belongs to the individual and not to the "studio". Verbiage such as: "APP member/s on staff” and "studio meets the APP environmental criteria for membership" are suggested. If you would like to link to the website you are welcome to use the logo for the current year:
APP Business and Associate Members can request a high resolution

Corporate Associate logo usage:
A signed logo usage agreement is a requirement of this membership class. Contact: info@safepiercing.org
Patron logo usage:
Patron members may not use the APP name or logo in reference to piercing services or products of any kind.
